***Campaign update***
Thank you for your support! We continue to see progress in our campaign because of your support of our campaign. We have two goals we are working towards which are reaching $20,000 of total donations by September 1, and reaching 1,000,000 views of our social media by November 3rd. We can only do these with your continued support and interactions!
Week 16 Update!
Dr. Jason THoms
|
I am running for North Dakota House from District 7 in the DEM-NPL Party, because I love our community and state and believe that we can make it more affordable and welcoming for all people.
I was endorsed as a candidate for ND House by the people of District 7 at the DEM-NPL Region 6 Convention on February 7, 2026. Since February 7th, I have been consistently posting on social media about issues that effect the lives of the people of District 7 and our state. I have heard the concerns of many people, and plan to walk our entire District in the coming months to make sure I hear the voice and concern of every person in our community. |
I believe the first step to improving the lives of the people in our community is to listen to their concerns, ask tough questions of our leaders, and advocate for a new way forward that will improve our lives while being fiscally responsible and sustainable for the long-term. We can work together to make a better community for our children and ourselves in Bismarck and across North Dakota.
I moved to Bismarck in the fall of 2020 during the heart of the pandemic to work at Bismarck State College. I have found my place and a home in this community, starting a thriving nonprofit music and performing arts organization called Dakota Pro Musica, and serve a number of non-profit organizations in Bismarck and the state as a board member. I am the president of the Capital Curling Club board and the Standing Committee of the Episcopal Church of North Dakota.
